About Me
I help women over 50 reduce hair loss by discovering the root cause and developing a plan to address the cause naturally. With our simple, one day at a time approach, we teach you how to become aware of the habits that contribute to hot flashes, fatigue and pain. Clients have reduced their symptoms and are able to sustain the changes that created a feeling of relief or no symptoms.
I suffered from hair loss & chronic infections I changed my diet and lifestyle one day at a time and was able to become free from infections, and my hair has grown back thicker.
Our clients have become their own advocate of change and awareness of their own bodies. They have increased focus, no pain, and cook fresh delicious foods with fresh produce.
When we take a client on a grocery store tour they develop habits of reading labels to minimize their process food intake.
A friend introduced me to EO, I started studying the benefits of them, used them daily and realized within 6 months my symptoms started to fade, I couldn't believe it.
I started using them in the salon for hair restoration, became a certified EO coach and the rest is history.
