What makes you smile? Laughed from your belly? For some, it’s a walk barefoot through the grass. For another, it’s a spin on a roller coaster, a solo movie date, or a perfectly ripe mango.
 
So… when was the last time you did something that makes you happy?
 
If it’s been awhile, consider this: Happiness lowers stress levels, increases immune system function, and lowers your risk of disease. It also makes life easier.
 
The Magic Formula for Daily Pleasure
 
Doing one pleasurable thing per day (or more!) is the most powerful antidote for gray, boring, or stressful days. Try this:
  • Make an “I love” list. List everything that you enjoy—nothing is too small or too large. If you enjoy it, put it on the list.
  • Take a look at how you spend your days. When could you fit in a little pleasure? Perhaps you could leave the office at lunch to walk in the park? Maybe you could play your favorite music while doing the dishes? Book yourself a massage this weekend?
  • Take a hot bath add your favorite essential oils to help you relax your mind, and muscles.
  • Repeat daily—or more often, as needed.
 
 
To get you started down the road of pleasure, give this luscious recipe a try:
 
Mango Cream
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves 4
 
1 mango, peeled and diced
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon agave nectar (optional)
1  large ripe banana
 
  • Process first 4 ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend for 1 minute, or until pureed.
  • Pour puree into a medium bowl.
  • Place banana in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold  banana into mango puree, using a knife to swirl in a marbled effect.

When I would see my hair client for her appointment, we would start her services, and all of a sudden I could feel the heat coming from her scalp.

I would immediately use the cool setting on my blow dryer to cool her down. Then have to blow dry her hair again to finish her services.
 
We laugh about it now but she suffered a long time.
 
When I started health coaching, she would listen to all of my stories. Then one day she said she wants to feel better.

She started on our program and within 3 weeks of simple easy lifestyle changes she noticed she stopped having hot flashes.

Exhale 2020 Inhale 2021



Can you believe it is the last day of the year already? This is definitely the most memorable year in our lives. What have you done this year that has improved your life in some way? What are your intentions for 2021? 

During this time I like to reflect on how my year has been, what do I want to do or see in the next year and what changes will I make to create a better year for my health, family and business.  One mission I have is to share how EO has changed my life and some of my clients life.  

I began a routine about 6 yrs ago with using EO daily  when I tell you that it has been the best thing in the world. I go to bed with the diffuser on, I wake up drinking water with oils in it, I made a body butter I put drops of the oils according to my intention for the day.  Because of this I am not as stressed as I used to be. I wake up with energy ready for whatever life has to offer for the day.

For example if you are stressed about your schedule for the day, you may be running late to an appointment, your heart rate rises, you start to sweat, driving fast and then you arrive all out of sorts and need to calm down.
