Doing daily activities towards my dreams

Spending time in my garden with my shoes off:)

Catching up with people I haven't spoken to in awhile, just to name a few.

About Me 
I help women over 50 reduce hair loss by discovering the root cause and developing a plan to address the cause naturally.  With our simple, one day at a time approach, we teach you how to become aware of the habits that  contribute to hot flashes, fatigue and pain. Clients have reduced their symptoms and are able to sustain the changes that created a feeling of relief or no symptoms.
